If something happens with us as addiction, there will be
something in it that’s inducing.

Nicotine, the drug in tobacco, is addictive as heroine
and cocaine. It’s declared to be so, because the drug in it induces the users
to have more. The people smoke, because when they are used to it, they can’t
withstand without maintaining the minimum level of nicotine in their body, just
like an addiction to drugs.

When the time passes, the addiction gets increased, which
leads to use in the increased number of cigarettes smoked. The best method to
quit smoking is to make an objective yourself. Write down your goal in your
personal book, check in regular intervals, whether you are following things
according to the set standard. If finds any deviation, check yourself why it
happened, analyse the reasons and take steps to correct it.

Try your level best to Quit
smoking cigarettes
, so practice your own way.
