Is GLUTATHIONE Safe for our skin? Is it advisable?

Does Glutathione is a safe formulation for kids and teenagers that combines lower dose of L. Glutathione with grapeseed powder and Vit. C. A capsule can be taken once daily for children ages 8-12 yrs and two capsules for teens aged 13-18 years old.
